PRINCIPLE FOR SUCCESS 5 (The Alabaster Approach) August 16th(Fri), 2013 Matthew: 26:7 A woman came up to Him with an alabaster flask of very precious perfume, and she poured it on His head as He reclined at table. According to the words of a Pastor I learnt of sometimes ago; “The best is good for God, give it”. Fame, popularity and success is not hinged on laborious work, but smart and dint of hardwork. The woman with the alabaster box was smart and strategic in approach. God will never owe any man. He gives in multiple measure back to us of whatever we must have given to Him. Alabaster box ointment with monetary equivalent of a year wage of someone made her to become life celebrity. Jesus pronounced her worthy of becoming a gospel for life. The quota you contribute now goes a long way in determining what becomes your lot. The world will not celebrate, nor compensate you for the problems you create, it will only do that because of your positive contribution. Let your contribution to the kingdom work and humanity at large have an alabaster approach. Wishing you a success spiced weekend.

PRINCIPLE FOR SUCCES 4 August 15th(Thur),2013 Exodus 14:21 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back, by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. Prior to the miracle that divided the sea, castigation, casting of aspersions, image tarnishing and name calling had been done to Moses. He was not to defend himself, rather he needed them to be confounded through the divine intervention of God. Moses was targeted for jungle justice. The Isrealis lost hope in the GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. In it all Moses concentrated on God. He looked up to God. Looking up brings lifting up. He knew that success at that moment can only come from God, through his absolute and unwavering trust in the divine intervention of God. It is high time you changed your attitude towards noise being made around you whenever things seems not to be working. Concentration on your effort and expectation of divine intervention for success from God should be your concern. Wishing you a success filled thursday. Good morning.

PRINCIPLE FOR SUCCES 3 August 14th(Wed),2013 Exodus 14:21 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back, by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. After all needed effort must have been exerted and expected miracles keeps eluding one, then Moses experience will come as a landing pad. Putting absolute trust in God whenever He says things that seems imposible is very important. Things can only be impossible with man, but not with God. There is something in your hand, knowledge you have aquired, idea you have not nurtured and information you have not processed. God is saying if you can trust Him with those things and kept moving forward ahead, He will make a miracle of you. Success is hidden in the deep and those things that will scratch, dig and exhume it are trust driven. Not just a mere trust, but absolute trust in God. God can make your story become a new glory that will be in the mouth of nations. Nations heard of God’s goodness to the Israelis and they trembled. It can happen again and again because God is interested in you succeding. Good morning and enjoy your day.

PRINCIPLE FOR SUCCES 2 August 13th(Tuesday),2013 Gen:26:12 “Then Issac sowed seed in that land and received in the same year a hundred times as much as he had planted, and the Lord favuored him with blessings. One thing that is glaring from our focal scripture is the release of that which we have for the gain of what we lack. Issac was a risk taker and a consistent sower. The multiplication reported of him here was not his first fruitfulness, but a major success in his record of sowing. Even though a covenant bearer, he waited for that time of being exceedingly great. Issac did not quit, nor give up on life when poor yield of his sowing had not transformed him to being great. A little achievement is not to be dismissed because in it lies greater ones. When the CV of a great man is looked into, consistency even when all things seems to be in the doldrum is noticed. Acquiring degree may seem a awful effort far away, but is an act of sowing into ones future. Having a degree is not an end in itself, but a means to an end. The end result is when opportunity beckons preparation comes handy to utilize opportunity maximally. Success is not an overnight experience as I’ll keep saying. Success is a fruit of little effort sowed into ones future and multiplied by God. Do have a great day.

‎PRINCIPLE FOR SUCCESS 1 August 12th(Monday),2013 Gen:26:12 “Then Issac sowed seed in that land and received in the same year a hundred times as much as he had planted, and the Lord favuored him with blessings. I heard the story of a young man that listened to a message on faith and he got stirred on the inside, then he declared his admission into the tertiary institution a possibility, even when he scored bellow the cut off mark. He had no money to sow to activate his faith. One day he sowed kindness into the life of a stranded man that had a deflated tyre. He helped fix a spare and rejected the cash gift. Momentary gratification meant nothing to him. The stranded man happened to be the dean and a senior lecturer in the faculty he seeks admission. The rest is history today as he went on to become a lawyer through sowing little act of kindness. God will never cheat any man and His interest goes beyond what you have done in His name, but how you have done it as well. He delayed gratification for future compensation. Issac would have traded his farmland for so many unknown. He commited his toil and effort into God’s hand and he got blessed richly. Success is not a magically conjured happening and neither is it a moonlight tale one will keep wishing for without a lift of a finger. A little effort on ones part can attract a blessing that generations will keep enjoying. Sow your love, care, kindness, seed, fidelity, and you will surely reap more of such in fold. God blessing shall not elude you as you exert a little act of sowing this week. Good morning

CONTEMPORARY YOUTH AND CONTEMPORARY LIVING 2 August 25(Sun),2013 Genesis 39:8&9 But he refused and said to his master’s wife, see here, with me in the house my master has concern about nothing; he has put all that he has in my care. He is not greater in this house than I am; nor has he kept anything from me except you, for you are his wife. How can I do this great evil and sin against God. Sometimes, I wonder weather the meaning of civilisation is throwing morals and Godly virtues under our feet, but nay. Civilisation has to do with being enlightened and getting to catch up with positive developments in this world. Joseph called proposal for sexual intercourse with his master’s wife great evil against God. I have seen youths of this generation describing anormally of such an opportunity to make money. Fulfilling destiny is far worth more than all the million dollars in the US government treasury. I suggest this generation discover purpose first before embarking on a mission to become famous. Fame sought without being purpose driven is a disaster waiting to happen. Being wealthy is a compensation for purpose discovery and fulfilling it. Daniel 1:20 says that the king found Daniel and his friends to be ten times better than their contemporaries. ” The purpose you discover and work to fulfill will make people to find you and adequately compensate you”. The time you spend with God to discover purpose can not be equated with 30days work for a pay check. Contemporary youths is expected to be a useful youth; a youth that will contribute positively to this world and not add to the problems of this world. Giving consent to temporary gratification will not get one fulfilled, but paying ones due for future compensation. Enjoy yourself in God’s presence. Good morning.

‎CONTEMPORARY YOUTH AND CONTEMPORARY LIVING. 1 August 24(Sat),2013 Daniel 1:12&17 Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink. As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom; and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. To Daniel and his three friends; Hananiahn Mishael and Azariah contemporary living without conformity with God’s standard wasn’t an option. The Chief of staff to the king had their names changed to god’s given names that were in vogue in the acient world super power country of Babylon, but Daniel and his friends had their Godly identity intact. They knew the consequence of allowing the affliction of slavery break their bond with the Almighty God. Joseph suffered similar fate of temporary affliction that he overcame by being focused on his Godly ordained purpose. Abuse of life is when skewed interpretation is given to situations of life in order for one to level up with the enemies of God. Babylon at the time Jehoiakim was toppled happened to be deeply involved in idolatory. They had culture of worshipping gods that Daniel and his friends would not recognise. As a vibrant youth, purposeful individual, focus minded fellow, tongue speaking person and rapture expectant brother/sister, contemporary eveil should not change your approach of worshipping God in truth and in spirit. Loosing focus in life starts with loosing God. Place priceless premium on your salvation and if modernisation, civilisation, contemporary happenings or stark evil practices comes to you as an option to jettison God’s way, please take your stand. It is those that stand for God that God will stand with throughout their trying moment. Remember, Daniel and friends were rewarded with sound health, fame, royal honour and special recognition because they stood for God in a contemporary world filled with evil. Do have a blessing filled afternoon.
