CHARACTER AND LEADERSHIP. 3

Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Lion is regarded as a leader in the jungle because of its belief system. Lion is imbued with a belief system that it can archive anything. Considering the size of an elephant to that of a lion, it is only reduced to a meal in the sight of a lion. Not more than a meal or meal for days. What a can do belief system! Character being exhibited by any leader will either build a positively functional generation or dysfunctional generation if such character is dysfunctional too. You can never see the company of lion in the league of scavengers, it is not possible. As a family leader, potical leader, organisation leader, and so on, what is your belief system towards your mission? All that were foretold about Jesus manifeted through His character display and they are still manifesting because He is the everlasting father , hence no doubt He is regarded as counsellor, everlasting father and prince of peace. Job experienced peace eventually because he aligned his leadership bravery and never be intimated posturing with leadership character of his Father, Job 42:11. One of the good attributes required of a leader I have learnt is for one to be firm in the face of intimidation. Stature of the almighty elephant is just a piece of meal to the lion. If you are a leader and you refuse to rise to the ocassion, then your generation will be perpetually enslaved by your adversaries. Do not give excuses for not taking up challenges, become resolute that you want nothing short of victory and God in His infinite mercy shall deliver victory unto you. Good morning and have a blessed day.
