Divine Multiplication

Bible Text

John  6:11 And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would.  6:13 Therefore they gathered them together, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves, which remained over and above unto them that had eaten.

Multiplication that I learnt in my elementary school days opened my understanding to how magical transformation could be. Explaining multiplication within the purview of divine intervention is something that can only be understood in part. Jesus Christ, the Bread of Life overruled common sense to establish divine order of meeting needs. If anyone is waiting for government policies to favour economic projections, then such wait may be in vain.

Submission to the Lordship of Jesus is the solution that we need to come out of economic quagmire that human wisdom has plunged us into. Nations must as a matter of sacrifice submit their resources at the feet of Jesus for it to be multiplied for human gains. Families and individuals too must equaly submit their resources at Jesus’ feet for divine multiplication to take place.

Do not hold on to your resources as the only option you have got. Submit your resources to Jesus for multiplication to take place. Your basket shall be made full and your soul made fat in Jesus’ name.

Glory that Sings

Psalms  30:10 Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.  30:12 To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.

There is a level of God’s involvement in destinies of His children that brings about ones glory in Christ Jesus to find eloquent expression. It is always beyond the reasoning and comprehension of those with rational thinking to grasp the move of God that brings about singing glory.

Mercy of God is the PUSH for this awe experience. I pray for the person reading this message, your glory will sing God’s awesome wonders. One thing about this level of miracle you are about to experience is its effortless way of manifesting. Your enemies will be employed to be involved in carrying out the Gospel of your Glory Maker, Jesus.

Are you ready for the attention that your singing glory will draw? The grace of God will be sufficient for you to manage its attendant fame in Jesus’ name. Glory to God for His unfailing mercy.

Far Above Principalities

Mark 1:24 Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.

Authority to overcome every powers of the wicked ones had long ago been released unto all the believers through Jesus Christ. Principalities do not just get hold of their victims but they are always on the look out for legal ground to bring about afflictions.

Far above principalities can be interpreted to mean earning due respect from the agents of darkness. Powers that had tormented its host for years surrendered to Jesus without struggle. The funniest aspect of the Bible text being considered is the grand reception that greeted Jesus’ personality when the principalities chronicled the CV of Jesus. You can as well be so treated if only you can identify with Jesus. Jesus will give you power to be far above principalities.

To become a true overcomer and be above principalities in their trickery, one must belong to the winning side and that is Jesus side. I believe God for you that you have started living an overcomers life in Jesus’ name. Amen

Beware of Praise Singers

Bible Text

1 Samuel  18:7 And the women answered one another as they played, and said, Saul hath slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands.  18:14 And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and the LORD was with him.
Many have had their journey to purpose discovery and fulfillment terminated as a result of insensitivity to the tricks of their adversaries. If you are waiting for your adversaries to show up with physical attack then you may have to wait endlessly. David knew this and he was sensitive to the tricks of his adversaries.

Christians are having one major enemy and that is the devil. Three most potent weapons the devil is deploying against this generation are pride, love of money and sexual pervasion. When people praise sing and you are falling for their sweet words, tendency exists you will put on the garment of pride. Another enemy of progress that comes the way of men that people praise sing is the alluring gesticulations from women of easy virtues. Do not fall for sweet words because it will not be of any benefit in the long run.

Be like David that behaved himself despite accolades that the entire nation showered on him. Outshinning your senior colleagues because of momentary recognition is not a good option for a purpose driven Christian. Let God do the promotion while you keep doing your best. God bless you.

Fear Not

Bible Text

Genesis  15:1 After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.
God is fearful in His ways but ones fearfulness is expected to be borne out of reference to Him and not for someone to be fidgeting before relating with God. God showed up to Abraham the father of faith in a vision, but despite Abraham’s depth of faith God still charged him in the vision not to be afraid.

I am coming to you with the same message that you should fear not. When you are full  of fear towards a person or situation, the tendency of loosing your ground is very high. Fear will not help relationship but strain it. God wanted Abraham  to be at ease in His presence and that’s exactly  what happened when he jettisoned fear.

Your Father is Loving, caring and wonderful hence the need to approach Him with an open mind. Relate with God in like manner that Abraham did after God charged him to fear not and the everlasting covenant of success shall be yours in Jesus’ name.

Fullness of His Presence

Bible Text

Psalms  91:1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
To God be the glory for another opportunity to share the mind of God with you this evening. God’s presence I am referring to on the topic refers to the personality of God in the midst of men. The eyes of the Lord is everywhere but His presence is with only those that are His. God only abides where His people dwells, Exodus  33:14 And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest. That was God assuring Moses of His presence in its fullness.

To enjoy God’s presence, you must belong to Him. Dwelling in God’s secret place can also mean having personal relationship with God and that automatically means abiding where God abides. The shadow of God is where God dwells.

Moses could have requested for God’s wrath upon the enemies of God but he choose to request for God’s presence in  Exodus  33:15 And he said unto him, If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence. Get to know that a life without God’s presence is a life at risk.  Ask God to come into your life today and you shall be a prove of His presence in its fullness.

God’s Mercy

Bible Text: Mark  10:47 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.  10:48 And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.  10:49 And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.

God’s Mercy is one of the most misunderstood acts of God. It is not always the way human beings expect events to pan out that God in His infinite mercy work things out. Blind Batimaeus would not have been so privileged to move close to the person of Jesus Christ if not for God’s mercy that lifted him from the state of ridiculous to the miraculous.

He had been living a beggarly life until Jesus passed by. His humble and tenacious cry collided with God’s mercy. There were odds of those that felt he was over stepping his boundaries when he continued to shout. I want to urge you not to relent in asking God to have mercy on you because He will attend to you against all odds.

The same way inadequacy of blindness in the life of blind Batimaeus was paid in full, your inadequacies will be removed by God’s mercies today. Continue to call on God and you will be better for it.
